1. Acceptance of Terms
By inviting, accessing, or using Dagath ("the Bot") in your Discord server, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please remove the Bot from your server and discontinue use.
2. Description of Service
Dagath is an all-in-one Discord bot providing server moderation and automated protection (anti-nuke, anti-raid, anti-spam), automatic backups, giveaways, temporary and permanent voice channel management, leveling, an economy system, and vanity roles. Features may be added, changed, or removed at any time without prior notice.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Bot for any unlawful purpose or in violation of Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
- Attempt to exploit, reverse-engineer, overload, or disrupt the Bot or its infrastructure.
- Use the Bot to harass, abuse, spam, or harm other users.
- Resell, rebrand, or redistribute the Bot or its services without permission.
4. Availability
Dagath is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime, and the Bot may experience downtime for maintenance, updates, or reasons beyond our control. Warframe data is sourced from third-party APIs and may occasionally be delayed or inaccurate.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developers of Dagath shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Bot. You use the Bot at your own risk.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate access to the Bot for any server or user that violates these Terms, at our sole discretion and without notice.
7. Third-Party Content
Dagath is a fan-made project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Digital Extremes Ltd. "Warframe" and all related assets are trademarks of Digital Extremes. All game data belongs to their respective owners.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Bot after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
