This Privacy Policy explains what data Dagath ("the Bot") collects, how it is used, and your rights regarding it. By using the Bot, you consent to the practices described here.
2. Data We Collect
To provide its features, Dagath may store:
- Server IDs & settings — configuration such as prefixes, enabled modules, log channels, and role rewards.
- User & role IDs — for leveling/XP, moderation records (warnings, mutes, bans), and ticket ownership.
- Message content — only when required for a feature (e.g. auto-moderation checks or ticket transcripts). Dagath does not permanently store general message logs.
- Command usage — anonymous, aggregate statistics used to improve the Bot.
3. How We Use Data
Collected data is used solely to operate and improve the Bot's features — such as remembering your server's settings, tracking XP, enforcing moderation, and generating ticket transcripts. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing.
4. Third-Party Services
Dagath interacts with the Discord API and public Warframe data providers (e.g. warframe.market and community APIs). Your use of Discord is governed by Discord's own Privacy Policy.
5. Data Retention
Data is retained only as long as needed to provide the Bot's services. When the Bot is removed from a server, associated configuration and stored data may be deleted automatically or upon request.
6. Your Rights
You may request access to, or deletion of, the data associated with your user or server at any time by contacting us in the Support Server or by emailing support@dagath.net. Server administrators can remove the Bot to halt all further data collection.
7. Security
We take reasonable measures to protect stored data. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Children's Privacy
Dagath is intended for use in accordance with Discord's minimum age requirements. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone below the minimum age permitted by Discord's Terms of Service.
9. Changes to This Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically. Continued use of the Bot after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
